1. What types of smoking products does Smoke Folks offer? At Smoke Folks, we offer a wide range of smoking products including premium glass pipes, water pipes, vaporizers, rolling papers, grinders, and smoking accessories.

2. Are Smoke Folks products of high quality? Yes, absolutely. We are dedicated to providing only the highest quality smoking products on the market. Each item in our inventory undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure our customers receive the best.

4. Can I purchase Smoke Folks products online? Yes, we offer online ordering through our website for your convenience. Simply browse our selection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We ship orders promptly to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner.

5. What is Smoke Folks' return policy?

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email us at sales@smokefolks.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

6. Does Smoke Folks offer discreet packaging? Yes, we understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging without any external branding or indication of the contents inside.

7. Do we ship internationally? Only shipments within the USA, not internationally.

8. When will my order be shipped when will it arrive? If your order was placed Monday thru Friday (before 5AM PST), it will be shipped out within 24 hours. If your order was placed on Friday after 5AM PST or over the weekend, the order will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for shipment. All domestic packages usually take 2-7 days. International orders can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks. 

9. What's the status of my order how do i track my order? Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You may also login to your account and check the status of your order.
