Shipping destinations:

• Only shipments within the USA, not internationally
  

If your order was placed Monday thru Friday (before 5AM PST), it will be shipped out within 24 hours. If your order was placed on Friday after 5AM PST or over the weekend, the order will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for shipment. All domestic packages usually take 2-7 days. International orders can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email us at sales@smokefolks.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You may also login to your account and check the status of your order.
